All prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. BudRush is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to resell products purchased through BudRush or use the Service for any illegal purpose. All products are for personal use only.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on BudRush are the property of BudRush and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
BudRush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
